Our therapeutic approach is based on the belief that each and everyone of us has the ability within us to live life in fruitful and creative ways. Sometimes we need the help of someone to guide us to these abilities and resources within and so learn to enable ourselves to live life freely and freshly. This humanistic stance forms the foundation of all work we undertake or facilitate, be that with individuals or with groups.
