ACCREDITED SUPERVISOR TRAINING COURSE 

NQF level 7 and National Council for Psychotherapy (NCP)

Supervision is mandatory for most therapy practitioner, it can also be an effective way for practitioners to grow and develop their practice.

Independently accredited by Ofqual and NCP, this course encourages delegates to identify and develop their skills as a supervisor both in their field, and or other therapy modalities whether Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Coaching or other forms of psychotherapy or complementary therapies.

This course is intended as a formal qualification in supervising skills in the field of counselling, psychotherapy hypnotherapy, and coaching.  Those participating in this course will be shown how to increase their effectiveness and understanding of the supervision process and introduced to some background theories that will enhance their own reflective practice. 

Participants on this course will be practising counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists or coaches, regardless of modality. They must meet the following criteria:

  1.  Be seeing clients of their own on a regular basis
  2.  Be in regular supervision themselves
  3.  Have at least 250 hours counselling experience
  4.  Be able to aquire one supervisee and
  5.  Be able to write a case study on their supervision practice.    

The cost of the course is £600:00 and attendance on the course counts as five supervision sessions.   

The course is held over five weekends and the maximum student intake is twelve, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  The next course starts on the 17th  February 2012.
